If zeros are showing up in the "Number Sold" fields and previous downloads have worked, the most likely reason is that the size of your download exceeds the number permitted by your MLS service and you didn't download any sales.

 

For example:  FMLS only allows 1,500 records in a single download.  If the number of records exceed 1,500, the active listings are downloaded first followed by the sold listings.  If you try to download 3,000 records, only the first 1,500 will be downloads, most of which will be active listings since sales are downloaded after active listings.

 

It is possible that you failed to indicate that you wanted sales in your download.  Click on the "Data" tab at the bottom of the Excel screen and inspect your data.
