In order to count listings and DOM for prior periods, the following fields are necessary. Some MLS services do not provide these fields.
| 1. | Listing date |
| 2. | Sales must include a pending date or off market date |
| 3. | Expired listings with expiration date or off market date |
| 4. | Withdrawn listings with withdrawn date or off market date |
