About this electronic manual:

 

This manual consists of three distinct and separate FHA publications.

 

1.The new Appendix D to the 4150.2 manual published as an attachment to Mortgagee Letter 2005–48
2.The old 4150.2 Manual dated July, 1999 (minus the Appendix D) which is still in effect except where it refers to VC Forms and contradicts the new Appendix D.
3.The Homeownership National Reference Guide.  This is the old version but seems similar to the version published October 31, 2005.  When updated the modification dates will appear with each paragraph.  The latest version of the HOC Reference Guide is on HUD's web site at http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/ref/chap1.cfm.

 

It is my intention to add pertinent Mortgagee Letters as time permits.
