USPAP requires the appraiser to state the intended use and intended user of the appraisal report.

 

FNMA's intended use/user statement is printed on the FNMA forms and may not be changed if the appraisal is to conform to the FNMA Selling Guide.

 

FHA requires its own intended use/user statement.
