Question:  I have lost my user ID.  How do I get it back?

 

Answer:  The following has been reported to me as a successful way to retrieve a user ID.

 

Call Millie Carson at 1-202-402-2224. Millie answers her phone and, if not, she will return your call.

 

Some people have had success by emailing appraiserroster@hud.gov.  I would try both.
