High voltage transmission lines are acceptable to FHA.

Quote:

The appraiser must indicate whether the dwelling or related property improvements is located within the easement serving a high-voltage transmission line, radio/TV transmission tower, cell phone tower, microwave relay dish or tower, or satellite dish (radio, TV cable, etc).

Additionally:

1.   If the dwelling is within the easement, the DE Underwriter is responsible for obtaining a letter from owner or operator of the tower, not the appraiser.

2.   If the dwelling is outside the easement, no further action is required of the appraiser or DE Underwriter.
