Utilities Not On

Use the following comment when any of the utilities are not on.

 

The utilities were NOT on at the time of the inspection.  This appraisal is subject to for further inspection to determine if the utilities are in proper working order.  Additional repair requirements may apply once all the utilities are on and fully functional.  (Source: HOC Reference Guide 1-19 and Appendix D, page D-15)
