Data are from [the local MLS service].  The search criteria used was Hamilton Mill Subdivision.  To insure that competitive properties were used in the analysis, listings were sorted by list price and the upper and lower 10% of the data were not included in the analysis.  [The local MLS service] is considered reliable except for the reporting of days on market.  Agents allow listings to expire and then relist them.  When relisted, [The local MLS service] starts the days on market count at zero.
