The contract must be provided by the lender.

 

The sale contract analyzed in this report was provided by the agent.  FNMA Selling Guide Part XI, Chapter 2 requires that the contract be provided by the lender.  This appraisal is not intended for use in a FNMA or Freddie Mac transaction.
