Analysis Summary

The value of detached single family residences in Lilburn is declining (see attached charts for specific data). The actual number of sales and absorption is fairly stable except for the most recent 3-month period.  This 3-month period includes Thanksgiving and Christmas which may account for the decline in the number of sales.  There was a similar decline in the number of sales during the same period the previous year.
